Hot Rolled Coil Supplier offers several advantages, such as:

    • Lower cost: Hot Hot-rolled steel tends to be less expensive than cold-rolled steel since it involves less processing.
    • Better workability: As the Hot Rolling process occurs at elevated temperatures, the processed material is easy to form and shape.
    • Little to no internal stress: The Hot Rolling process involves cooling the steel gradually, which allows the material to essentially normalize its structure and become free of internal stresses.

Prepainted GI Steel Coil / PPGI / Color Coated Galvanized Steel Sheet in Hot Rolled Sheet is steel that has gone through a chemical process to keep it from corroding. The steel gets coated in layers of zinc oxide because this protective metal does not get rusty as easily. The coating also gives the steel a more durable, hard to scratch finish that many people find attractive.

For countless outdoor, marine, or industrial applications, Galvanized Steel is an essential fabrication component. We provide Hot Rolled Coils in various sizes and grades, and also specialize in custom orders to suit the specific requirements of our customers. So, it makes us a superior brand as a top Hot Rolled Sheet Supplier in Bihar, Odisha, Jharkhand, Howrah, North & South 24 Parganas, and Kolkata.

Hot Rolled Sheet is a mill process that involves rolling the steel at a high temperature (typically at a temperature over 1700° F), which is above the steel’s recrystallization temperature. Hot Hot-rolled steel is typically cheaper than cold-rolled steel due to the fact that it is often manufactured without any delays in the process, and therefore the reheating of the steel is not required (as it is with cold rolled).  Hot Rolled products are used in welding and construction trades.

Hot Rolled Steel is after high-temperature heating rolled steel, its strength is not very high, but enough to meet our use, and its plasticity, and weldability are good, so we are more commonly used; Cold rolled steel is common hot rolled steel after strong drawing beyond the strain hardening stage of steel, it has high strength, but poor toughness, weldability, relatively hard and brittle.

Hot Rolled Steel is processed at high temperatures. Hot Rolled Steel means that the material needs to be heated during or before steel rolling. Generally, rolling should be heated to the recrystallization temperature above.

OVERVIEW OF HOT ROLLED STEEL SHEET

As per Hot Rolled Sheet Supplier in Odisha, Jharkhand, Howrah, North & South 24 Parganas, Kolkata, Bihar Hot rolled steel sheets are hot rolled steel made into relatively thin flat pieces. Hot rolled steel sheets are widely used in applications like home appliances where saving weight and aesthetic value is deemed essential. It is also often corrugated or diamonded for additional strength without increasing weight.

FEATURES OF HOT ROLLED STEEL SHEET

    • Compared to hot rolled steel plates, hot rolled sheets are thinner and thus lighter, making them an ideal material for applications that require weight-saving.
    • They provide additional cost benefits for users.

Key Characteristics of Hot Rolled steel sheets

    • Hot rolled goods with thicknesses up to 25.4 mm, widths up to 2050 mm, and coil weights up to 36 mt are available.
    • The largest Hot Strip Mill (HSM) in India, with a width of up to 2150 mm.
    • With the ability to produce X70 grade up to 20mm thickness, this is a unique product portfolio that is ideal for line pipe applications.
    • It has ultra-low carbon for the IF and IFHS grades, as well as dual-phase steel that requires divide quench cooling, making it perfect for critical automotive applications.
    • With our level 2 coiling temperature control, we were able to achieve the desired cooling patterns and rates of microstructure control.
    • With a transfer bar thickness of up to 55 mm, there is a greater reduction in finishing stands.
