**Salary:** **$4,700 – $6,700 per month** (based on experience)

**Position Overview:**

We are looking for a results-driven Virtual Recruiter to attract and onboard qualified and suitable personnel to fill our job openings. The responsibilities of a Virtual Recruiter include sourcing potential candidates through online channels, conducting virtual interviews, and managing the hiring paperwork. Successful candidates will have a deep understanding of recruitment processes, superb communication skills, and a passion for helping people find their perfect job. Ultimately, the Virtual Recruiter should be able to manage our full recruitment cycle and ensure we always meet our staff requirements.​

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Identify and attract suitable candidates using databases, social media, job boards, etc.

* Conduct initial screening and interviews via video conferencing tools.

* Create and post job ads on career websites, newspapers, and university boards.

* Coordinate with hiring managers to define necessary requirements for roles.

* Evaluate resumes and applications.

* Manage the hiring paperwork.

* Prepare regular reports on your recruiting activity.

* Keep up-to-date with new recruiting methods; attend job fairs and recruitment events.

* Ensure a smooth onboarding process.

* Implement strategies to improve employee retention.​

**Qualifications:**

* Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter).

* Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.).

* Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference checks, etc.).

* Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong decision-making skills.

* BS/MS in Human Resources Management or relevant certification.​
