We're currently seeking a reliable, experienced, and motivated individual with a proven track record in the automotive industry to join our team.Job Responsibilities Including but not limited to the following:Sell vehicles using our one price sales process. Coach, train and close where needed to ensure the Sales Reps maximize their closing rates Greet customers via email, phone, in person. Work the CRM and DMS to its fullest, training and catching opportunities in the database Complete the test drive paperwork and potentially accompany individuals on test drives. Follow up with all lead, build and maintain relationships with customers. Actively merchandise inventory online so that it appears in its best light on each platform Secure financing, processing credit applications and obtaining the best rates. Following state and federal compliance with all sales and paperwork requirements on vehicle sales and aftermarket products. Preparing all paperwork for vehicles sales and financing.
