Job Description

Pay: $30.00-34.96
HYBRD - 3 days onsite weekly in South San Francisco
Duration: 1 Year

The Senior Administrative Business Partner provides diverse expertise and highly skilled administrative support to Senior/Executive Management and staff for our pharmaceutical industry client.

Responsibilities:
Proactively manage and maintain business partners' complex calendars and meetings
Coordinate and manage complex travel needs and logistics
Plan large mid-level, internal meetings (e.g. department meeting, large team/committee)
Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, often with a high level of confidentiality required
Create contracts/purchase orders, and process payment and expense reports.
Manage and plan team building events & workshops ( depending on role and level)
Independently lead the planning & execution of complex team offsites (involving multiple locations, days, activities, and/or travel needs)
Draft email communications on behalf of manager, team, department, leader, etc
Manage departmental gSites, Slack, websites, newsletters, etc. (collect content, distribute information, oversee maintenance)

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Prior experience within the pharmaceutical industry preferred but not required.
5+ years related administrative, operations or project management experience is required (experience gained in pharmaceutical / biotechnology industry is preferred.)
In depth knowledge of Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel and Word) is required.
Professional experience with Google Suite including gMail, gCal, gSheets, gSlides is required.
Experience with virtual meeting technologies such as gMeet, ZOOM is required.
Experience working with senior leaders/management is required.
