Job Description We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with 3-5 years of relevant experience to lead our Data & Analytics Agile Release Train (ART). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data management or business intelligence, which is a significant advantage. Main Responsibilities Ensure a constant flow of deliverables that add value to the ART objectives. Promote a culture of learning within the team. Act as a servant leader to team members. Manage and track team progress consistently. Assist in resolving any impediments that arise. Key Requirements 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master. Solid understanding of data management or business intelligence. Demonstrated ability to maintain effective team dynamics. Strong facilitation and coaching skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Nice to Have Familiarity with Agile frameworks other than Scrum. Experience in data analytics or data science initiatives. Background in team architecture or configuration. Other Details This role is expected to start on 01/12/2025 and will run until 30/06/2026. The position can offer flexibility in terms of remote work options.
