Job Title: Project Manager (Part-Time)Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working 15 to 20 hours per week. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the local community by working closely with Fairfax County on zoning, planning, and permit-related tasks. Your efforts will be crucial in supporting the community's needs. Responsibilities + Collaborate with Fairfax County on zoning and planning initiatives. + Manage permits and ensure compliance with local regulations. + Oversee projects related to affordable housing and manufactured homes. + Lead the full-cycle implementation of manufactured home building projects. Essential Skills + 5+ years of project management experience in residential or multi-family settings. + 2+ years of experience in affordable housing projects. + Proficiency in understanding guidelines and building codes. + Experience with the full-cycle building and implementation of manufactured homes. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Strong communication and collaboration skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Experience working with permitting processes is a plus. Work Environment This is a hybrid role where a small amount of time will be spent in the office, while most work will be conducted remotely using TEAMS and as needed on projects. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Alexandria, VA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $48.00/hr.
