WCS Healthcare is currently seeking a Pharmacy Technician for an assignment at Prestigious Hospital in Philadelphia, PA.  

Job Function:

\n

• Day Shift.
\n
• 7:30am to 4pm or 9:30am to 6pm.
\n
• Responsible for receiving written prescription or refill requests, verifying that information is accurate under supervising pharmacist.     
\n
• Prepare bulk medications, fill bottles with prescribed medications, and type and attach labels.  
\n
• Maintain proper storage and security for all drugs.     
\n
• Deliver medications to patient care areas, refill automated dispensing cabinets, and conduct medication station reviews while adhering to department policies.     
\n
• Order medications and supplies as needed or requested.     
\n
• Assist patients by answering questions or referring them to the pharmacist for medication information.  
\n

Job Requirements:  

\n

• Refill tech with 2+ years experience.
\n
• PTCB/CPHT required at time of submission.
\n
