A facility located outside of Milwaukee, Wisconsin is seeking a Family Practice Physician - Medical Director to join their team!

Salary: Starts at $253,000 and goes up based on years of experience

Medical Director – Family Practice Physician Opportunity:

• Full-time or part-time permanent position
• The clinic is open Monday – Friday, flexible schedule

Family Practice Physician- Medical Director Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct ambulatory care, including patient histories, examinations, evaluations, treatments, and education
• Provide overall supervision and guidance to licensed medical staff
• Lead the development and implementation of clinical standards, procedures, and protocols
• Participate in ongoing clinical audits and evaluations to ensure quality of care

Medical Director – Family Practice Physician Requirements:

• Current medical license in Wisconsin (MD or DO)
• Board certification or board eligibility in Primary Care
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Background in quality assurance, utilization review, and continuous quality improvement
• Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting
