CNC Lathe Machinist – 1 st and 2 nd Shift Openings in the Lebanon area! 26.00 -32.00 based on experience!

Seeking qualified candidates for immediate openings for CNC Lathe Machinist

Schedule:

 

Both shifts have flexible start and end times depending on work area:

 

6:30 AM – 3:00 PM Monday thru Friday (First Shift)

3:30 PM – 12:00 AM Monday thru Friday (Second Shift)

Job Description:

As a CNC Machinist for NNA, you will perform machining and in-process inspection as outlined by shop paperwork, process documentation, engineering drawings, and quality requirements. Also, when applicable, you will identify cost reduction and productivity improvement opportunities.

Additional responsibilities for the CNC Machinist include:

· Demonstrates a high degree of proficiency in the setup, operation, and care of machinery.

· First Article Inspection - adhere to dimensions and tolerances found on blueprints.

· Have your own tools and knowledge of inspection equipment - calipers, micrometers, fixed gauges, etc.

· Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area.

· Perform standard and periodic maintenance on equipment.

· Follow all safety procedures.

Knowledge of the following equipment is recommended:

· LATHES

• • Mazak Lathe – QTN-100, QTN-250, QTN-350, QTN-450 – Controls: 640T Nexus, Matrix 2, Smooth EZ
  • Doosan V420T Lathe– Fanuc 18T
  • Manual Lathes

As a CNC Machinist, you must be able to work as part of a team as well as independently. Naturally, you must use good judgment and knowledge of machining, as well.

 

Qualifications:

 

• Candidates must have 2 to 3 years of job shop experience -
• • No Machine Operators
• Candidates should have their own tools (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, parallels, etc.)
• Candidates must have performed their own part and tool setups.
• Familiarity with listed equipment and controls.
